HYATTSVILLE, MD — June 18, 2026 — Blackrock Development Management is pleased to announce its ongoing work with long-term partner Constellation Energy at their Kenneth Square (KSQ) facility. Building on a strong, established relationship, Blackrock has been tapped to execute a critical site-wide systems upgrade scheduled from July through December 2026.
The scope of work includes a comprehensive upgrade of the facility’s IT closets and the modernization of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) infrastructure. These upgrades are vital to maintaining the operational integrity and technical resiliency of the Constellation Energy facility.
